1982 C3, 350 L88, Cross Fire Fuel Injection, V8 with 200 hp. This is the only Shark with rear window lift.
When I was 21 my brother let me drive his 1976 Corvette. As I was behind the wheel, I thought to myself “’I'm going to get a Corvette someday”.
Well some day came, I remember saying to my wife that I wanted to buy a Corvette before I turned 45 years old. I told her about my brother’s Corvette and the ONE time I got to drive it. I guess she could tell that I really wanted one. So we talked about it and I started looking. Well October 12, 2005 was the day; I purchase my 1982 Corvette Collector Edition I found in Charlotte North Carolina. My wife and I took an overnight trip and I picked it up.
(Bless her heart) …Now I’m looking for a yellow C-6. I don’t want to be a Corvette owner. I want to be a Corvette collector.
