My 1999 custom C5 Corvette has a K&N Cold Air Induction Intake System and a 350 ci LS1 5.7L V8, with 393 hp that will make your heart skip a beat. Dual 4 inch Stinger Borla Exhaust system, that makes the ground shake, and of course a few other tricks up its sleeve. This is a one of a kind C5, with Special Features. Nicknamed “Two Faced” for it's Unique Wheel Package.
I got the Corvette fever sitting at a light in 1987, when a beautiful C4 Convertible pulled up next to me. I asked the guy “Let’s trade Cars for the day?” His response was “I’m not sure my insurance would allow it.” The light turned green, and off he went into the sunset. I knew then, I had to become a Corvette owner.
I’m currently in my third Corvette. My first was a 1985 beast. Fast as ever, but spent most of it’s time in the shop for repairs. I was joking with my wife one day and said “We’d save a lot more money if we just purchased a brand new Corvette.” She agreed, and the rest is history. We purchased a 1990 Black C4 that rolled off the truck, right before my eyes, as I drove back from a test drive. I told the dealer “I want that one right there!” I loved my Black C4, but my current C5 has to be the best ever for me. Just so much fun to drive!
